loveliveandgarden.com – California, USA – Hi, I’m Nadia. Welcome to my garden party! I am a wife, mother of 3 small children, and a psychologist by profession. I’ve been itching to reinvent myself for some time now, but was afraid to take that first step. That first step was to leave my job as a psychologist that I have had for the past 13 years. But I finally did it. I can’t tell you that I know yet where I am destined to go. But I can tell you that I have chosen to be true to myself and to speak my truth. Who I am is a person that is passionate about my family, passionate about incorporating nature into my everyday life and passionate about having a positive relationship with the earth and all who live here.
When I am not with my kids or in the garden, I am co-creating in the kitchen with my husband who some argue is the head chef around here! We both cook up a storm on an almost daily basis here in our Southern California home.
I’m very thankful you have chosen to take a moment to get to know me. I hope you decide to follow along and live a garden inspired life!

Looks delicious. I didn’t know pinenuts go bad quickly. Thanks for the info.
Thank you for visiting. Yes, they are high in fat,but good for you. But,they will go rancid quickly. Also, you never know how long the market has had them on the shelf. I try to watch for the sell-by date to buy the freshest possible.
I feel the same way about Mari’s recipes. I can always count on them to be delicious. And thanks so much for the tip about the ricer. I have one but never would have thought to use it to remove moisture from spinach. Very clever. I have started replacing mayo in some of my recipes with Greek yogurt and have been very happy with the results.
Thank you for visiting. I just love Mari. I wrote to her and ask permission and she generously gave me permission to talk about her recipe. This recipe is so good I can’t shut up about it.
