So glad you’ve checked in and also to hear you are better. Food for fuel? Humph, no that’s not us food bloggers. Take care and don’t push yourself. We’ll always be here. In the meantime Happy Valentine’s Day.

Hi Madonna. Sorry to hear about your health challenges and praying that you soon are completely healed and back to your energetic self. I too have learned that is is just about impossible to be creative when you are drained, physically or mentally. And those experiences come in unwelcome waves at times in our lives. Creativity takes energy. Take care of yourself, it will come back, and you will be cooking and creating again! I am going through a bit of that myself. Not health wise, thankfully. But I am totally focused on a big project that takes all of my creativity making blogging a challenge. Get well soon!
Thanks so much Sally. While not a 100%, I now feel like I will be better soon. I have a high pain threshold, but I am short on patience when it comes to being sick. I feel like it is time I will never get back. I tell myself there are others that have real problems so I just need to suck it up or like that song Shake It Off. 🙂 I hope you will share your big project with us soon.
Thanks Karen, I appreciate your kind words. I know I will be better sooner or later. I know other people have real issues so I should not complain I just lack patience.
So sorry to read that you have been under the weather, Madonna. Those nasty bugs can hang around forever. I hope you are back to being your creative self in no time.
I’m soooo sorry that you’ve been sick for such a long time, Madonna. I’ve been at the beach in Mexico and am just catching up. I will certainly say a prayer for you. Hugs and blessings are sent across the miles. xo
Thanks so much Kitty. I know others have had it worse, but I am just longing to get back on track. Glad you were vacationing. You picked a great time to go.

Madonna, I hope you soon feel better and your cooking mojo returns. It gets tiresome to be sick for so long.
Ms. Lemon says
Thanks Lorrie. I am almost there, just impatient now. I can’t remember when I did not have an appetite.

Feel better! Everyone is sick these days. It lasted a full month with me.
Hope you get enough rest! It really is the best medicine.

Ms. Lemon says
Thanks Daniëlle. I think mine would have been a month if not for a relapse. I appreciate you stopping by.

So glad to have you back! I don’t cook much with beef either, but beef soup is one of the greats, you’ve inspired me to make this today!
