bellinivalli – I am the mom of L'il Burnt Toast a 5th year university student living in wine country in the province of British Columbia. When I am not travelling and attending cooking classes local ingredients and wines inspire my "foodie" world. Wouldn't it be something to attend every cooking school worldwide and then write a guide about it for others to enjoy?? Next stop Portugal for LBT's wedding!!

What a beautifully fresh looking meal, Madonna, and just bursting with summery goodness. I must admit that my heart went pitter patter at the blue transferware plate that the noodle package is sitting on!
Happy Labor Day!
Thank you Kitty. The platter is Spode Blue Room “Jasmine”. My former neighbor gave it to me because she was moving and did not want it. All I could think about was my blogger friends be shocked.
This sounds really tasty! I agree Onion, zucchini, corn, and tomatoes are like family for sure. Thanks for sharing on the Full Plate Thursday link up 🙂

My favorite meals come from opening the fridge and creating~ I love how you used the corn milk to thicken your sauce, yum!
Jenna, the vegetables did all the work since it is peak season for all of these vegetables. I never thought I would be discussing corn milk, but it did bring the dish together and make it creamy.
This looks fantastic, we will love it! Hope you are having a great day and thanks so much for sharing with Full Plate Thursday.

I often lose control and buy way too much at markets. It’s fun finding ways to use all the delicious fruit and vegetables up though. Your Pappardelle with Summer Vegetables looks wonderful – what a delicious dish!
Oh my goodness, that looks delicious! I tend to overdue when I find great veggies, too.
I seemed to have lost my head, but I was determined that I was going to use them. Thanks for stopping by Marigene.
I do believe I’m jealous. My ‘frig never yields a feast such as this. Absolutely stunning Pappardelle you’ve created Madonna.

Sam, every time you post it is a feast.
This is just summer on a plate.

I hope you will give it a try while all the vegetables are so flavorful. Thanks for stopping by Patti.
I would be happy with this, no chicken needed. It sounds wonderful! But there’s no lemon! 🙂
Ha! If I would have thought about it I would have added it. Next time….

That’s what an excellent dish is all about:
Inspiration and creativity. I love pasta with veggie and this recipe is on my to do list this weekend.

My kind of dish, any time, especially in summer. Seems to go with warm weather (but GF pasta, Jovial Tagliatelle)!
Thanks so much Sally. I am always thrilled to hear from you. I have not tried GF yet. I am waiting for chefs like you to work out the details.
